We are looking for a driven Senior Occupational Therapist to support the growth of our services in Liverpool and surrounding suburbs. Professional Development: $1,500 2 days leave monthly in-house PD The Role: Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes Assessing participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment Using clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant centred goals specific to the client’s circumstances Opportunities to develop a specialised case load in areas of interest Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology About You: Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration) 2 years experience delivering NDIS therapy services Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Excellent time management with a strong attention to detail Honesty, integrity and a positive approach If you are looking to join a focused and driven team, as part of a family started company, have the drive to succeed and take pride in providing a high-quality person-centred service, we want to hear from you!
